With the Law on the Amendment of the Law on Higher Education and Certain Laws and Decree Laws published in the Official Gazette No. 30425 dated May 18, 2018, Faculty of Engineering Architecture and Design was established under the management of Kayseri University Rectorate. The proposal of the Rectorate of Kayseri University for opening programs and departments within our University was examined at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 16/01/2019, and Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture and Industrial Design Departments have been opened in our Faculty in accordance with the article 7 / d-2 of the Law No. 2547 amended by Law No. 2880. In addition, the opening of the Engineering Basic Sciences Department was deemed appropriate with the decision of the Higher Education Executive Board dated 04/12/2019. The opening of the Software Engineering Department was opened with the decision of the Executive Board of Higher Education dated 07/04/2021. As the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Design, we adopt entrepreneurial and project-oriented work that will contribute to regional development by improving the quality of education and training, creating the institutional capacity and cultural infrastructure that will adapt to changing conditions.
